As part of its ongoing expansion, Cedarville Hospital is finalizing plans to establish a 24-Hour Emergency & Trauma Centre to provide immediate and lifesaving care in the Volta Region.
The upcoming centre will be equipped with:
Ambulance services
A minor operating theatre
Emergency ICU beds
Rapid response diagnostic facilities
Once operational, the facility will serve as a round-the-clock care hub for trauma victims, accident cases, and medical emergencies across Hohoe and its environs.
“It’s a much-needed addition to the healthcare system in this area,” said Dr. Robert Doh, Medical Director. “Our goal is to ensure no life is lost due to delayed emergency care.”
